Amsterdam, March 28, 2024 – The global sneaker and streetwear retailer SNIPES opens its largest store in the Netherlands in the renowned shopping street Kalverstraat in Amsterdam.
Kalverstraat is one of the most famous and best-selling shopping streets in the Netherlands, making it one of the retailer’s most important locations. At around 800 square meters, the new flagship store is SNIPES‘ largest store in the Netherlands. The change of location will more than double the space of the current store in Kalverstraat, which is about 300 square meters and will be closed when the new store opens. This enables the new store to stock an even larger selection of the latest sneakers and streetwear, including the most popular brands and exclusive collections from Karl Kani, K1X, Zoo York, Nike, adidas and many more.
Not only are the brands and products very special: the store design is inspired by the Subway, giving the store an urban look. The design concept not only improves the shopping experience but also establishes SNIPES as part of the local streetwear scene. The retailer wants to attract sneaker enthusiasts from all over the world as well as the local community.
The new SNIPES flagship store in Amsterdam will open on March 28 at Kalverstraat 48-52, 1012PE Amsterdam and will be open Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm and Monday and Sunday from 11 am to 7 pm. At the opening, the community can look forward to deals with up to 60% discount as well as hot releases.
